NextGenAchievers Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Referral Program Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the NextGen Achievers (NGA) referral program as either an Influencer Affiliate or a Community/Family Referrer. By using your unique referral link you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the NGA website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy located at www.nextgenachievers.com/terms and www.nextgenachievers.com/privacy.

 

In the event of any conflict, these Referral Program Terms prevail with respect to the referral program only.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be 18 years or older and reside in a jurisdiction where the program is offered.
2.2 Influencer Affiliates are accepted only via application and written approval from NGA.
2.3 Community/Family Referrers are existing NGA customers who have completed a qualifying purchase.
2.4 Residents of sanctioned countries or territories where PayPal/Amazon vouchers cannot be fulfilled may be ineligible for rewards.

 

3. Referral Links & Qualifying Purchases

3.1 Each participant receives a unique referral link via the LearnWorlds platform.
3.2 A qualifying purchase is a paid enrolment (excluding refunds, trials, or free bonuses) completed through your link and verified after the 15-day refund window.
3.3 Self-referrals, purchases from the same household/IP/payment method, fake accounts, or purchases made with your own affiliate discount are void.

 

4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: 

  • Engage in spam or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or the Australian Spam Act 

  • Bid on ads using NGA trademarks or misrepresent the program 

  • Promote on coupon, deal, adult, gambling, or illegal sites 

  • Use bots, fake accounts, or fraudulent traffic
    Breach results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions/rewards.

5. Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your material connection in every promotion (e.g., “#ad”, “affiliate link”, “I earn a commission if you purchase through this link”) in compliance with ACCC, FTC, ASA, and EU regulations.

 

6. Rewards – Influencer Affiliates/Partners

Rewards are paid in cash via PayPal and are tied exclusively to verified paid referrals that result in the purchase of the full-price NextGen Achievers Money Mastery Blueprint course. No rewards are paid on mini-courses, quick-wins, trials, bundles that do not include the Blueprint, or any product priced below the current Blueprint price.

  • Founders Tier – Hand-selected by NGA: $50 cash via PayPal per qualifying Blueprint sale for 30 days + permanent feature on the Founders’ Wall + 30 days of Visionary rewards.

  • Visionary Tier – Monthly top 10 referrers or pre-assigned by NGA: $40 cash via PayPal per qualifying Blueprint sale for 30 days (resets monthly). The top referrer each month may nominate a charity for a donation in their name.

  • Advocate Tier – Unlocked from 4 qualifying Blueprint sales onwards: $30 cash via PayPal per subsequent qualifying Blueprint sale (ongoing, permanent unless upgraded).

7. Rewards – Community/Family Referrers

Rewards are issued as Amazon gift vouchers (sent via email) except for hand-selected Founders who are paid in cash via PayPal. All rewards are tied exclusively to verified paid referrals that result in the purchase of the full-price NextGen Achievers Money Mastery Blueprint course. No rewards are paid on mini-courses, quick-wins, trials, bundles that do not include the Blueprint, or any product priced below the current Blueprint price.

  • Founders Tier – Hand-selected by NGA: $35 cash via PayPal per qualifying Blueprint sale for 30 days + permanent feature on the Founders’ Wall + 30 days of Visionary rewards.

  • Visionary Tier – Monthly top 10 referrers or pre-assigned by NGA: $30 Amazon voucher per qualifying Blueprint sale for 30 days (resets monthly). The top referrer each month may nominate a charity.

  • Advocate Tier – Unlocked from 4 qualifying Blueprint sales onwards: one-time $100 Amazon voucher + $25 Amazon voucher per subsequent qualifying Blueprint sale (ongoing, permanent unless upgraded).

8. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in this program does not guarantee any earnings or rewards. All rewards are contingent on verified qualifying purchases and full compliance with these Terms.

 

9. Payout Process
9.1 Verified rewards are paid net-30 (between the 1st–5th business day of the month following the month in which the 15-day refund window closed).
9.2 You must maintain accurate payout details; unclaimed rewards may be forfeited after 90 days.
9.3 NGA may withhold or claw back payments if fraud or chargebacks occur.

 

10. Use of Branding & Intellectual Property
You are granted a limited, revocable licence to use approved promotional materials only. All NGA trademarks, logos, and content remain our exclusive property and must be removed immediately upon request or termination.

 

11. Taxes
You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from rewards received. NGA may require an ABN, W-8BEN, or other tax forms before processing payments.

 

12. Modification & Termination
NGA may modify or terminate the program with 30 days’ notice (email sufficient). We may terminate your participation immediately for breach. Verified earned rewards will be paid upon regular termination; fraudulent or unapproved activity forfeits all rewards.

 

13. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NGA’s liability is limited to the value of confirmed rewards. You indemnify NGA against any claims arising from your promotional activities.

 

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Queensland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction.

 

15. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement specific to the referral program. The English version prevails.
